I announced on Facebook that I was autistic to the public. It was difficult to find the right words, I had thought about the announcement many times over and had planned a totally different approach. I'm sure it was not a surprise to the people who saw it. My goal is to post more and to education autism awareness, acceptance and inclusion.

This might be the best date to start my personal blog. Please follow along while we discuss life, food, travel, health, friendships and while you are here you can get one individual's unique perspective of being on the autistic spectrum.

I have found it difficult to sit and watch TV or a movie these days and I have also had no modivation to play any board, card or video games. The thought of cooking most days is a hard no. It's not that I'm not motivated, it's just my body and mind don't want to work together.

Me being autistic, nope there was no way. Wait there is so many matches to my health concerns, maybe I am. Nope, I would know if I was. Oh crap, I think I am...

After researching, I found that I questioned myself and even told others that I thought I might be autistic many times. How do I not remember all of this. I remember my doctors talking about this and taking medication for ADHD and other things when I was younger but I had to stop due to having issues taking pills.

In February of 2025, I started having increased issues with losing my balance, stuttering, hand coordination and other issues. I was worried that I was developing Parkinson's. Over the next two months I was researching my symptoms and issues that I had been experiencing to attempt to rule out the worst. You see, I had a list on my phone of about 19 health concerns that I have had my entire life, the problem was that there was not one condition or disease that covered the entire list. A majority of the concerns fell under the possiblity of being autistic.
